Surf sites are free to join and you can get your website listed. When you set up your site, all you do is surf sites and in return your site will go to others to view.

Ilovehits.com and Topsurfer.com are two surf sites that are free to join and are easy to do. All you do is set up your account and they will give you instructions that will show you what you need to do to get your site listed for others to view.
