A Plethora of Printed Paper Pad Options

By: Kaye Z. Marks

Paper memo pads can be the perfect way to promote yourself. But I found it very difficult to choose which kind, size, and color during my pad printing process. There were so many choices! So, let me help by giving you the best of the best options that I found for pad printing. Hopefully this will help narrow your choices down so you’re not faced with the same staggering number of choices and options that I had to forage through to find what I liked.

First off, there are lots of pad printing options: there are magnetized pads, sticky note style pads, tear away pads, and even folding (like an accordion) style pads. For pad printing, most of the pieces of paper are glued together with a light adhesive. Still, you have to pick a type of pad that promotes your company properly. Consider the magnet pad for your consumers if you want your logo stuck to their refrigerator. For office use, the standard sticky note style pad or accordion pad works best.

Next, you have to pick what size you want. Keep it small for office note applications, but to-do lists and memo pads should be a bit bigger. Keep in mind also that you can get more pad printing accomplished for the dollar if you print smaller pads.

Finally, you have to pick your color. But don’t think for a second that you only have to pick one! You can print full color on white paper or put a single color logo on neon pink paper. The options are often endless. So keep your customers needs in mind. Bright colors are great around the house, but muted colors are more suited to the office.

With these tips in mind, hopefully your pad printing process will be a little less painless than mine. These paper pads are wonderful for putting your logo and even your contact information in front of the customer time after time again. Just make sure the notepad meets the needs of your customer.
