If you are considering a home based business or you are already a home business owner, at some point you have probably wondered 'how do the really successful network marketers do it?' I'm here to share the secret with you…HARD WORK!

That's it. We could conclude this article right now and I have given you the key to success in any legitimate home business. There are a lot of things that contribute to a person's success however, nothing can be better for your paycheck than good, old fashioned hard work!

The concept of hard work and tenacity seems too often lost on home based business owners today. We want everything fast and easy. Why cook something when you can whip through a drive through?

You can get a quick lunch or dinner but there is no such thing as 'drive-through' success. You gotta earn it!

There are a lot of recruiters and companies that promise you huge money FAST with little effort. These are scams and you should not waste your money or your time with them. There is no such success without time and effort.

I'm always amazed by the sheer numbers of people that expect to make 6 figures or more in just a few short weeks or months. I'm never rude to them but: How can you be so naïve? How can any logical person believe this junk?

Don't let me discourage you I just think the world would be a better place for all of us if everyone would just be honest with each other. I don't know about you but I could never sleep at night if I built our home business of a bunch of lies.

However if you really want a six figure income, it's available but we need to get started and it's going to take some hard work and massive action on your part. The sooner you start the sooner you can have that lifestyle. Depending on your mentor support and marketing system your six figures can be a reality in the next couple years.

I encourage you to have a 36 month vision for your home business. Those of us that are professionals in the direct sales industry understand that you have got to have vision. It's our job to paint a picture and it's got to be within the scope of your prospect.

If you are speaking to a prospect that can only see earning an extra couple hundred dollars a week, it's your job to paint a picture and help them see a thousand dollars. Any decent system can get them to a thousand bucks. But now what we've done is built up their belief and can paint the next picture, so on and so forth.

If your prospect is already a six figure thinker, you need to paint the 3 to 5 year picture to a million dollars a year. Prepare them for battle because it's going to take all out massive action to become a legitimate home based business millionaire. It can happen and it will if you go into it knowing what kind of hard work is necessary to achieve that type of lifestyle.

Let's be serious here, if it were really easy to have home based business success then everyone would be working from home and filthy stinking rich…then would serve us our meals, who would make the beds while on vacation?

Big time success and a huge income is always the result of hard work and time. No matter what your product is or how little you know about your business, anything can be overcome with hard work!

I highly encourage you to put in that extra effort and your success will be one the way that much faster. No one can stop you today if you are a visionary and can laser focus on the victory and are prepared for some hard work.
