Day Planners A day planner is great because you carry it with you and you can easily add to it through out the day. You can easily mark out the things you complete. It’s also easy to look ahead and plan or go back and look at something that you did in the past. Day planners come in many shapes, sizes, and designs. You can get them online or at an office supply store. 2. Online calendars Online calendars are great because you can set them up to e-mail you reminders or you can set them up to pop up a reminder. These are great when you are busy and may forget to look at your calendar. Another great thing about online calendars is you can share them with others and you can have your virtual assistant add items to it. You can get online calendars at Google. 3. Blackberry With all the technology we have these days; calendars are easy to access through your Blackberry. You can get a Blackberry and always have access to your calendar. You can add appointments to it whenever you want or need. Using a Blackberry will keep you organized without packing around a paper calendar. They are small and compact and will easily fit into your purse. Now that you have learned about three ways that can help you become and stay organized. You can get started right way. All you have to do is decide which way will work best for you and then either go get it or get it set up online. Then start adding your current appointments right away. You will be well on your way to an organized life.
