Does Fear Hold You Back?

Fear, such a small word but boy when it grips you it can paralyze you! It can prevent you from having the life that you deserve. What are you afraid of? What holds you back from achieving the success that you desire? Are you afraid of success itself? Or, maybe you are you afraid of failure?

Did you know when you were born you were born fearless? The fear that holds you back from being all that you can be is a learned behavior. How many times have you said I can’t do that because…. change that statement to I am fearful of doing that because…. stop and listen to what you are saying. Dig deep and find out what it is you are fearful of.

Okay, now that you know what you are afraid of take the next step! Do it afraid! The only way you are going to conquer your fears is to just do it! It is not going to be easy but if you want to have more in your life you are going to have to take a leap of faith.
