Bunny Salad

Ingredients

1 Lettuce leaf
1 Pear half
2 Raisins
1 Red cinnamon candy
2 Almonds
Cottage cheese

Place the crisp lettuce leaf on a plate. On top of the lettuce, place the pear upside down. Make a bunny out of the pear, using the narrow end for face, two raisins for the eyes, 1 red cinnamon candy for the nose and 2 almonds for the ears. The cottage cheese becomes the fluffy tail.

Funny Face Carrot Salad

Ingredients

2 whole carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Peel the carrots. Roll up a few long peelings and save them for "hair" on the salad. Now grate the carrots with a grater. Drain the can of crushed pineapples in a strainer. Use a spoon to push out the juice. Toss the pineapple with the carrots. Add vanilla yogurt. Spoon some of the salad onto a plate. Use the raisins to make a smiley face.
