Preparing your business for the holidays will give you more time to spend with your family and shopping. The holidays can be a stressful time and it can be even worse yet when you need to work your business.

Creating your holiday specials and promotions ahead of time is a great way to feel less stressed. It’s also one less thing you have to worry about doing later. When you created these specials and have everything done for them by the middle of November will give you more time to spend with the family during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

In October or November you should start creating your text ads and finding places to submit them to. You should also create your buttons and decide which sites you will place them on. Start writing your holiday articles that will promote your specials and your site in the bio. Blog posts are important for your site and holiday promotions. These can be written and preposted to your blog.

Sending out Christmas cards to your clients or customers is a great way to wish them the best during the holiday season and it’s a great way to place your business in front of them. You can send out cards yourself or send them through a website. You will want to get these out shortly after Thanksgiving. That way when it gets closer to Christmas you won’t have to worry about it.

You can ask others that you trust to do some guest blogging for you. This is when someone writes a blog post and you post it on your blog and give them the recognition. You won’t have to worry about writing the post. All you will have to do is post it to your blog.

All you have to do is send your ghostwriter the topics you want covered and three to four topics and they can handle the rest. Once these are done you can either hire someone to submit your articles and prepost your blog posts or you can schedule this into your day and submit and post them yourself.

Hiring a Virtual Assistant for the holidays is the perfect way to work your business without actually working it so to speak. You can hire your VA to submit the articles that your ghostwriter writes for you and she can also post your ghostwriters blog posts. Your VA can also take care of your social networking and advertising for you.

Preparing your business ahead of time will allow you to spend a lot more time with your family. You will be able to attend parties, go shopping, and spending time doing the fun things that come with the holidays. That is what the holidays are all about.
