Fundraisers are a wonderful way to increase your sales as a direct sales distributor. Often you are able to reach new customers that you yourself may not have been able to otherwise reach. There are many reasons to want increased sales. Perhaps your company offers a higher commission on higher sales. You may or may not get higher commissions on the products sold through the fundraiser, but you’ll qualify for higher commission on all other sales that month. For example, perhaps you get a higher commission for sales over $1000. If you have only $300 in personal sales but $700 in fundraiser sales, you’ll now receive the higher commission on those personal sales of $300. Perhaps your company offers trip incentives. With personal sales of only $300 you won’t qualify but when you add in the sales from the fundraiser, you may now find yourself with enough to qualify for the trip. So, while you’re not making full commission on fundraiser sales, you’re achieving company-paid trips that would not have otherwise been possible. Maybe your company offers a car program. Yet again, those personal sales of $300 per month would not qualify you for the car program but when you add in the fundraiser sales you can now obtain a company car. This can be a huge personal savings to your budget. Again, though you’re giving the sales profits to the fundraising organization, you’ll now save money on monthly car payments by qualifying for the company car program. Check with your company to see if they allow fundraising sales to qualify you for new levels within your company. This can be an awesome way to climb the ranks and qualify for additional company earnings. Set your goals at just one fundraiser per month. Many organizations will host an annual fundraiser with you, so next year you can set your goals at two fundraisers per month. In addition to all of the above benefits, you’ll also be finding new customers who may add to your overall monthly sales volume.
