You can do this laying out the design on your computer using design software of your choice. Design beginners can make use of Microsoft Office programs, such as Word or Publisher. These computer programs are user friendly, so if you have no prior experience in publications design, you can do this without a hitch. On the other hand, if you are familiar with publications design and editing, you can use Adobe applications, such as Illustrator or Photoshop. Create a blank document and divide the page according to your specifications. You need to settle on the measurements for your notepad pages. On one page, create the design template. You may want to put unique design elements, such as brushes or patterns. You may also want to put images on your notepad pages. Once you have settled on the design template, you can already copy it and paste in the other pages. Print the notepad pages and sandwich them between the front and back pages. Apply adhesive on one side of your notepad, and let it dry. You now have a notepad for everyday use.
