No driving, no parking issues and you can attend classes in your pajamas! But if you’re looking to get your real estate license and researching your licensing education options, you may want to give a closer look to schools that you attend in person.

There are several advantages to attending real estate classes in person, rather than plunking yourself down in front of your computer. Here they are:

Also look at your schedule. Many schools have different course tracks that allow you plenty of flexibility with courses. So don’t immediately opt for online licensing courses without truly considering what will work for you and your needs.
