Top 10 ways to Guarantee failure in MLM!

When I see people coming in and out of the industry, I often wonder to myself: 'why are you planning to fail miserably in multi level marketing?' So I thought I would share the top 10 reasons I believe people are doomed in mlm. So if you're ready for miserable failure…take notes (or just hit 'print'…lol).

1. Be sure to Quit too soon

If you're like most failures in MLM and would like to follow their miserable path the best thing to do is to try it for a week or two and then just give up. You would be stunned at how many people I mentor that are doomed in the first 2 weeks. They get all excited only to get bummed because they're not rich in a week or two so they quit. If you're going to start a business you have to give it some time. There is no get rich quick business.

2. Only Listen to the Negative People Around You

Immediately upon sharing your excitement about your new home based business with others in your circle, there WILL be a lot of negative people telling you that you are going to fail. What is happening is you are allowing others to recruit you into their negative outlook on their own lives. Learn to ignore them and you'll have a ton of success. Listen to them and they will be right…you WILL fail!

3. Do Not Follow the Success System Laid Out by your Upline

Any legitimate multi level marketing business should have a proven system in place that will guarantee your success over time. Failure is easy, just don't follow the system and your failure is virtually guaranteed. Do your own thing, re-invent the wheel after all you know more than all the people that are making 5, 6 or 7 figures right? Don't follow the system and you'll be sure to fail!

4. Be a Secret Agent in Your Business

Okay this one is so funny if you really think about it. Who in the world would invest time and money into launching a new business and then want to keep it a secret? I would bet that over half the people that come into our successful business don't tell anyone about it. So it's simple your failure is a lock if you keep your business a secret. Sharing the information with your friends and family might just mean that some of them will see what you see and want to sign up and you don't want the hassle of that… just keep it a secret.

5. Be Arrogant

I'm sure you are smarter than the people above you actually cashing checks right? As a matter of fact you probably know more than nearly everyone else in the business. Humility is for the weak. Be cocky and your failure is guaranteed!

6. Be Bitter when Others Win and You have not (yet)

Why should you be excited for someone else's success? What is the use in being happy for them? Everyone knows you have to be bitter and jealous of other people's accomplishments right? Don't waste your time being happy and supportive of people. Besides someone has to blaze the trail to make it easier for everyone else but if it's not you then who cares because your success is in your failure, right?

7. Stop Growing

The status quo is just fine and change is scary. Besides, you are fine just the way you are. Self improvement is for the weak so reading books or working on yourself in any way is just plain silly and a waste of time. Don't grow as a person and defiantly don't add to your skill set. Stay just as you and don't grow… perfect way to fail…good job!

8. Ignore your Team

This business was all about you anyway so whatever you do don't have time for other people in the business! You're too busy worrying about yourself. Bring people into the business and then just ignore them. That's a great way to fail in your home business!

9. Have Zero Confidence

You're a failure and always have been so why will this business be any different. Just because your new company has laid out a plan, provides tons of tools, training and support you know you will fail here too because you always have. Whatever you do… keep thinking that way and your doomed again…yippee!

10. Just Don't Ever Even Get Started

I saved this one for last because it's by far the most common and the best way to fail in MLM is to never get started at all. If you're nervous you might succeed and want to be sure to avoid it DO NOT under any circumstances join a business. I mean you might just screw it up and succeed this time!
