Why Most Network Marketers FAIL

By: Roger Moody

Did you know that almost all network marketers fail in their home based businesses? I hope I've not burst your bubble. I'm pretty sure that's not something they told you when you signed up or went to your first meeting, but it's true.

Now I'm not telling you this because I want you to fail. I'm telling you this because I want to set you up for success.

You must understand that your initial posture and how you handle your first three to six months in your new home based business is vitally important to your long term success. I love seeing people make money from home and this needs to begin on day one.

If I enroll you in our network marketing business I make it perfectly clear what we're going to do on the first day. We will set goals that will be accomplished before you go to bed the very first day. I will also lay out my somewhat lofty but realistic milestones that we need to make sure we accomplish together in your first 30 days.

A brand new person should not expect to know much at all about what they're doing. I subscribe to the "earn while you learn" method. Do not expect me to answer all your questions about how things work. Too much knowledge in the beginning can be fatal especially when you earn a paycheck in your first 24 hours.

False hope is guilty of ruining what would otherwise be significant incomes over a period of time. All too often people get caught up in the hype and exaggerate the time line to success in a home based business. Sure you can be successful but first we should define 'success' for you and lay the foundation to achieve that success and move on to the next income level beyond that.

What I'm saying is you need the cold hard facts:

A) Network marketing is awesome and it allows ordinary, hard working people to make 6 or even 7 figures from home!

And

B) You're gonna have to work for it!

We live in a society that wants everything and wants everything right now! We aren't so big on waiting for results. However, if you really want to build a true and lasting income from home it's going to take time and it's going to take hard work.

So what can you do if you need success sooner rather than later? The answer is simple… you can work harder. And what if hard work just isn't your thing… can you still have success? Absolutely, but it's going to take a lot longer.

Regardless of what you've heard network marketing as a business plan works! And if you work hard enough or stick it out for enough time you can have success in any business, with any product, from anywhere!

Unfortunately most people aren't willing to put in the time or the effort to see the real success. A lot of them quit before they should and THAT is why almost all network marketers fail.

Not because of the comp plan or the product, not because of a bad upline or because it's a scam. The simple truth, and the part that kind of stings is. In almost all cases where people fail in network marketing, they have no one to blame but themselves.

I encourage you to find a good mentor. Someone that will be honest with you and begin your journey of a lifetime…You will not be disappointed!
