Growing your Business through Outsourcing

By: Corrie Petersen

Growing a business on your own is easy when you’re small or you don’t work outside of the home, but that’s not the case if your business is big or if you do work outside the home. It’s possible you just may not have the time to do everything you need to do with your business, your house, and your family. If this is what you’re going through, you need to outsource certain tasks.

Outsourcing tasks to someone else will help give you time to do the important things that will ultimately grow your business and you’ll find you have more time to do your chores or to be with your family. When this happens not only will you be happy, but your family will be happy as well.

No matter what type of business you run, you’re sure to find tasks a Virtual Assistant or Ghostwriter can do for you. Depending on your needs and your business, you may have to train your Virtual Assistant or Ghostwriter because there isn’t a person out there that would have the knowledge to do what you need. There is nothing wrong with this and in fact, it may be very helpful because you won’t be retraining this person to do what you need.

Here is a small list of tasks your Virtual Assistant can do for your business.

1. Email Management
2. Blog Management
3. Business Management
4. Project Management
5. Article Marketing
6. Social Networking
7. Data Entry
8. Scheduling

Here is a small list of tasks your Ghostwriter can do for your business.

1. Blog writing
2. Guest blog writing
3. Article writing
4. Article column writing
5. Website content
6. Newsletter content

As you can tell from the lists above, a Virtual Assistant and a Ghostwriter can help you in many different ways. This will help you to stay on track and have more time to do the things you need and want to do.
