With today's economic environment millions of people are looking ways to create extra income. One thing I learned and remember from years ago was that you never really know the situation your neighbor is in. The gentleman that lived there was very wealthy but he had no liquid cash to pay his bills on a regular basis. I don't know what the reason was, but that day I learned what it meant to be house poor. I also learned another valuable lesson and that was not to assume that you know what is going on in your neighbors or friends household.
